Kanso has no server. This page says what the extension reads, what it keeps on your computer, and the only two moments it reaches the outside world.
What Kanso reads
The text of the posts your LinkedIn feed shows you, as they appear, to work out what each one is. Your messages, your connections and your contact details are never touched.
Where that text is processed
In your browser, by Laya, an open-source model running locally. No post, no excerpt and no content statistic reaches anyone.
What is kept, and where
Your settings, your training-mode corrections and the downloaded model stay in your browser’s local storage. You can export all of it, or erase all of it, whenever you want.
The two outbound connections
Downloading the model when you install, from Hugging Face. And, if you take Pro, one check of your licence key, which is signed and verified offline against a key shipped inside the extension.
Payments
Payments go through Lemon Squeezy, acting as merchant of record. Your card and your address stay with them, and Lemon Squeezy applies its own privacy policy.
This website
This site is static. It sets no cookie, loads no tracker and runs no third-party analytics. The pricing section keeps, on our own server, one counter per button and one for views: that is what tells us whether a tier is wanted. Nothing kept there points to a visitor.
